Conductive silica gel: mainly black solid, conductive silica gel has good conductivity, good moldability, extrusion performance, and easy to use. Conductive silica gel distributes the conductive particles uniformly in the silica gel, and makes the conductive particles contact by pressure to achieve good conductivity. Its main role is sealing and electromagnetic shielding. The product can be molded or extruded, and is available in sheet or other die-cut shapes. Shielding performance up to 120 dB (10 GHz). Conductive silica gel has good electromagnetic sealing and water vapor sealing ability, and can provide good conductivity under a certain pressure (suppression frequency reaches 40GHz).
First, the application of conductive silicone

5. When the volume resistance of conductive silica gel is below 10 ohm cm, the conductive silica gel has electromagnetic shielding function. That is, the volume resistance is less than 10 ohm centimeters, which is mainly used in electromagnetic shielding applications. It is also used in electronic and microwave waveguide systems such as chassis, cabinets, square cabins, power transmission and transformation projects, and connector pads.
Second, conductive silicone and compression
There are two production processes for conductive silicone products: molding and extrusion. Conductive silica gel must be subjected to a certain compressive force to conduct electricity well, so the structural design must ensure that the appropriate pressure is not excessive. The optimal height compression of the plate is 7 ~ 15%; the optimal height of the solid circle and D shape is 12-30%; the optimal height of the tube and P shape is 20-60%.
