The choice of material type mainly considers the working temperature and the compatibility of the rubber and the sealed fluid.

Therefore, according to the performance of different materials, we can choose different materials to use in automotive seals to see if the sealing environment needs high temperature resistance or wear resistance. It is also very important to choose the right compound and use it.
